It all started with an idea: what if I could program a powerful, high frequency, natural plant with all of the protocols I know + use in my energy healing business? In 2017, I started developing a supplement to increase energy + focus with my mother (a top neurologist). We researched it, started testing formulas but never fully felt like the product landed. In 2020, I went on to study reiki, energy healing, intuition + mediumship and built the Manifest Mindset business where I helped over 250 women connect to their higher selves and supported their goals through advanced energy healing + manifestation techniques.

some people dose 5 days on and 2 days off. I have formulated Flex, Flow and Pure so you can take it every day if desired. I dose Flex Mon - Weds (my busiest days) and Flow Thurs - Sun. Tune in to the desires of your higher self.
these are formulated to be subperceptual, meaning you should feel the intended positive effects within a few days of taking them but everyone's body + energy field is unique.
