Boundaries are the limits and rules we set in relationships. Healthy boundaries means taking responsibility for your own personal actions & emotions, while not taking responsibility for the actions or emotions of others
1. Write down how you want the relationship to go
2. Find a comfortable time and prep the other person by asking permission to be honest & open
3. Ground & center yourself & remember to speak from the heart
4. Reinforce the boundary- don’t take it personally if they mess up once or twice but remind them of the agreement
